TRANSITION TEXTILE JACKET
My year+ old Tour Master Intake jacket with many miles on it developed a problem. At the Atlanta MC show I mentioned this to Scott at their booth. He told me he'd never heard of a problem with them, and that they'd probably want to see the jacket.
I contacted the head honcho via phone tag (he was in Daytona) and was asked to send in the jacket. After doing so, I received a personal call, at home, from Mr. Eli Whitney. He told me they had never seen this before, and that I'd get a new jacket.
The next phase was interesting as he contacted me while brainstorming with his staff members as to what caused the problem. He called and asked lots of questions as they came up with ideas. He even called my wife to ask about riding behind me and if there was anything she could think of, or anything related to her holding on while riding with me that was involved.
He let me know that the jacket was heading to the lab, and they were going to the plant to check it out. All this for a single reported problem with a line that sold tens of tens of thousands. My new jacket arrived, it fits, I'm looking forward to using it. I would like to thank Mr. Whitney for his personal involvement in this and for the courteous, professional manner the situation was handled.
I have a variety of their products, highly recommend them, and would not hesitate purchase more. For a major corporation to take the time and effort to do more than was required is refreshing and appreciated.

TRANSITION TEXTILE JACKET
I bought one of your textile transition jackets this spring, i love it . i feel that it made a big impact on the amount of road rash i did not get due to the quality of your jackets. i was on my way to work when a deer jumped up in front of me i hit it and went down on my shoulder and arm, no road rash, but i did brake my collar bone.
PIVOT 2 JACKET (Discontinued)
I recently returned from a trip to Alaska on my 2007 HD Sportster. I wore the Pivot 2 everyday of the trip for a month and 11,000 miles. It made an excellent jacket for such a trip, seeing temperatures range from 100's down to 40 degrees F. I had always worn leather jackets previously, but got the Pivot 2 just days before leaving. The jacket held up well. Days when it rained heavy I did use my rain jacket over top the Pivot 2 and days reaching above 90 I stowed the jacket in the bungee net on the back. The jacket did fine in light rain, but heavy rain I would get a little wet. I also cheated and in the cooler weather I used my heated jacket liner (just because I had it along). Since getting home I washed the jacket (it was light brown instead of black from all the dust). The only "wear" I've noticed is that it is slightly faded now. FYI, I posted a gear report on my blog after the trip, you can check it out here: http://drcstang.blogspot.com/

DRAFT AIR JACKET
Just wanted to thank you guys, my front tire slipped on some gravel on a curve going about 35/40 mph and I was skidding on the pavement for about 15 feet. My Tour Master Draft jacket did its job perfectly and other than some minor bumps and bruises I came out unscathed. EMT's thanked me for wearing gear as they seems to treat allot of motorcycle calls involving riders with no gear. Anyways my family and I thank you for making a good product that I can attest works great.

INTAKE MESH JACKET
Recently, I had a high speed unplanned get off which totalled my bike. Fortunately, I had your products, an Intake jacket an Air Overpant on @ the time. I sustained minimal injury, mostly burns from sliding on the interstate @ high speed. I was in the hospital overnight for observation and released the next day. The emergency room staff and ambulance crew said they had never had a motorcycle accident victim with so few injuries. I have already ordered a new set of the same products from Cycle Outfitters, in the meantime, I already had the 3/4 length Tour Master jacket and overpant for colder weather which I have put into use. I was back on a bike one week later. Thanks!

MAGNUM LEATHER JACKET (Discontinued)
I wanted to let you know that I use the XL Tour Magnum jacket, and it fits great. It's already got several hundred miles on it, and it feels great while riding. Nice and warm on those cool mornings, but open up the zippers for the warm afternoons and it's not too hot at all. I love how comfortable the precurved arms are while riding, and the reflective piping makes me feel safer riding in the dark.
Great jacket at a great price, and great customer service, too!

Two weeks ago yesterday, I was blown off the road by a "micro burst" of wind, South of Challis, ID on rt 93. I left the road at @ 55 MPH,skidding and flipping airborne for @ 100 yards. My bike landed on me once. I hit a fence post upside down and backwards, rolling into a barb wire fence, ending up face down in headsized rocks and high desert gravel.
My HJC helmet was torn and deformed, virtually destroyed. NO head injuries My litany of injuries are: Fractured left leg (small bone) Broken Neck Fractured Back Broken Sternum Broken Ribs Two broken wrists Dislocated fingers.
The testimonial is this: I survived! That same day, one lost his life and one is paralyzed from the chest down Neither was wearing armor or helmet andI have NO road rash. I lost NO skin. I have NO abrasions I have NO marks on my body, other than "surgical" wounds. EMT personnel, Flight trauma Nurses, Doctors, Nurses, Law enforcement personnel, etc are utterly amazed at how well I came through a very violent accident.
Although they had to cut my Transition Jacket off of me, due to the broken wrists and dislocated hands, both the jacket and pants showed no sign of damage and could have been worn again. I will ride again and will wear nothing but TourMaster gear, ever. I am alive today due to Tourmaster and I will be in your debt forever.

TRINITY TEXTILE JACKET
I just love my Tourmaster Trinity jacket. I've tried all kinds of "women's" jackets and they all are made to either fit children or supermodels that don't eat. Only your products seem to be made to fit real American women. Thanks Tourmaster!

TRANSITION SERIES 3 JACKET
A real nice value; having the right pockets, the right ventilation options, good fit, nice zipper closures, a servicable liner; though the insulated liner's nothing you'd wear when removed from the jacket. The jacket collar has a clever securing snap when worn in an open position. The back protection "pad" is a bit on the flimsy side, and I intend to insert an upgraded type in its place. The arm and shoulder armor is well positioned and stays properly aligned with the body areas they're designed to protect. The jacket doesn't "ride up" on your body when you're seated on the bike like a few other 3/4 length jackets I've owned. All-in-all I'm very pleased with the flexibility and range of weather conditions the jacket is suitable for. We've had a few odd spring days which started out in the mid-30's and finished off in the upper 80's and I was able to configure the jacket to be perfectly comfortable throughout the range... I'd easily recommend it to my riding buddies.

TRANSITION SERIES 3 JACKET
This is a great jacket, it is my first REAL motorcycle jacket as I usually just wore a snowboard coat or casual leather jacket when riding. I searched everywhere for a good review that would give me an idea of what size to purchase for myself but I couldn't find anyone that was my body type or gave any specifics. So here it goes.
It has very nice armor throughout the jacket, up the sleeves and on the shoulders, removable too. And a nice padding on the back of the jacket that is also removable.
There is plenty of vents in this jacket as you can read from the production description, I haven't ridden in hot weather yet but I'm sure it wouldn't be too bad if you take out the liner, open all vents, and unzip a little. LOTS OF POCKETS TOO, you won't have any trouble stashing all your trinkets in this jacket, one reviewer said he lost stuff in his jacket for brief moments, like I said there is tons of space. Nice reflective stripes around the jacket too for night riding.
I'm 5'10", 135lbs, very slim and long arms. This jacket comes in Regular and Tall sizes on some sites. I wasn't sure so I went down to the motorcycle dealer and purchased mine. I bought a Medium regular, I'm guessing regular because it didn't say tall. The jacket fits like it was tailored, not baggy but fitted around my entire upper body perfectly, when I stretch out my arms the sleeves sit right around the wrists, so I suppose they probly could be slightly longer(tall size adds 2inch to sleeves) but I am very satisfied and I think it will work perfectly.
I would recommend this jacket to ANYONE! Buy it!

INTAKE AIR 3 JACKET
This jacket is top notch wirth every penny! My husband loves it!! I cant believe all the detail in this jacket. If your looking for the best of the best get this jacket im serious!
I love this jacket. With the liner in, it keeps my arms and torso perfectly warm when riding home late at night. The fit is very comfortable, and it looks great. Wish it were a little cheaper, but so far worth the money.
Awesome jacket! You feel "suited up" in this rig and the fit is great. Zip out thermal layer and separate waterproof layer so it's versatile and gives you a good 3 season range. Rode in the low 40s a couple weeks ago with both liners in and never thought about the cold except for my hands and feet. Rode in the 80s earlier this year and had good ventilation with no liners.

JETT SERIES 3 JACKET
This is another Great Tour Master Product. Great company for making products for the middle class rider who likes to spend money on things other than his bike. Performs as advertised.
I had to write to you of my recent purchase of my Transition jacket , TM overpants and Polar Tex gloves . These products have changed my riding comfort ten-fold .
I ride a 2002 Honda 919 , built as a "naked standard " this bike is equipped with a small windscreen from the factory Honda store . That is the only wind protection that I have . I live in Woodland Wa. , just 30mi north of Portland Or. and 150mi south of Seattle . My riding areas include mountain passes at 4500ft plus elevation and winding coastal roads with cold ocean winds . So , as you can tell I ride in a area that is not the most stable of weather conditions .
Your products have proved to be flawless in every sense. I have pictures of me on a recent ride in February at the top of spirit lake highway on the base of beautiful Mt. St. Helens . Again , I felt nothing but comfortable the whole ride , I almost was too warm.....almost !
Just wanted to pay respect where respect is due , you make a wonderful product and have earned a customer for life .

I was involved in a traffic accident. My Motorcycle vs. car...I was at fault by rear ending a vehicle that was coming to an emergency stop that I did not see....as I struck the car I was traveling between 40 to 60 mph..My Honda 1800cc goldwing came to a very sudden stop while I sailed over the car..I came down after a mid air flip that put me on top of the car hood in the neck ,shoulder area ..I flopped on the car hood and bounced to the ground...I severly shattered a wrist and fractured my foot...numerous soft tissue damage to knees ,feet ,ankles and some very sore ribs and hip....but the most miraculous discovery on my part was when I realized that the parts of my body ,protected by my 3/4 Tour Master Transition jacket received no serious injury....I had the Kevlar inserts in the shoulders ,elbows ,spine/neck ,and hips....you can see abrasions and tears from the accident in those locations ...but I suffered no serious injuries in those areas. Thank You for designing a great product
SOLUTION WP ROAD BOOT
Sunday morning, december 4th started like most sundays before it. a phone call the night before to confirm where and when, and then starting at around 8:00 a.m., gear up and get the tires hot. my home happens to be situated roughly a mile from mulholland highway and the rock store, so the best motorcycling in the world occurs right in my backyard. i've ridden tens of thousand of miles on these roads, but never took them for granted. Remember, safety has always been the mantra when i ride, along with a keen sense of avoiding jail. therefore, i look far ahead, slow down on the blind corners, and watch for gravel on the apeces. my speed may build on the straights where i have plenty of visibility, but for the most part it's moderate speed and fun, rather than high speed and death.
sunday's ride was hampered by several things. first it was very windy, which in and of itself is a hazard on a bike, but it also throws plenty of muck on the roadway, so extra care is needed. also there was an annoying BMW 545i which wouldn't get out of the way, and was almost taunting us as we tried to pass several times. nice. anyway, he finally decides to pull over for us, and did so on a curve and rather abruptly. my three friends were able to get past him without incident, but when my turn came, he seemed to stop rather quickly, and i thought he was going to pull something funny again, so i began to brake, and as i did, a tumbleweed appeared, and my tire ran over it and slid on it, kicking the front end out and down we went.
i was perfectly conscious as to what was happening and i tried to keep my eyes open as i went down. we (the bike and i) slid together on our left sides for about 30 feet, and then the bikes momentum took it ahead of me, and i slid solo on the asphalt another ten or so feet and then began tumbling. i watched the bike continue to slide, heading right for the black BMW, but it came to rest about 8 feet shy of it. i was left, coherent, in the middle of the road, dazed, but not confused, and pulled myself to the shoulder.
one of my buddies heard the crash and turned around and the guy in the beemer got out and announced he was a doctor and told me to stay down. in my stunned state i didn't stand up and crack him one in the kisser for driving like such an idiot, but i did tell him i felt okay, and he didn't have to stay.
when i finally got up, the two of us righted the bike, and i finally realized what happened. i took a stock check of all the valuables, like arms, hands, legs, head, torso, and everything seemed intact. i felt a burning on my forearm, but no real pain. then my friend eric said, "look at your jacket...it's ruined!"
my tourmaster was, in fact, ripped along the arms and shoulders, and the padding was still there. my chaps (i wasn't wearing my tourmaster pants) were also heavily scratched and abrased, and nearly worn through in a few places. my boots were, also, nearly worn through, and my gloves and helmet had eaten it as well. but i was perfect. i had one little 2 inch raspberry on my forearm where the jacket rubbed all the way through.
i am pretty sore today in the ribs, knee and shoulder, but i took a pretty hairy spill, so that's to be expected, and at almost 40 years old, those kind of injuries linger a little longer than when i was 18.
but my body remained sealed. no punctures, cuts, heavy abrasions, contusions...NOTHING!
i have one person to thank for my health today, and that's me...for choosing tourmaster apparel!

SOLUTION WP ROAD BOOT
I live in New York City and ride a motorcycle, 365 days a year.
Your Tour Master gloves were recommended to me for warmth, by a park ranger in Michigan who rides a snowmobile in subzero conditions for 8 hours at a time. I immediately bought a pair and was extremely pleased. Finally the warmth I needed, without giving up the control I need to operate my bike in heavy NYC traffic.
Last February 9th (2005), I got run over by an ambulance that ran a red light without lights or sirens. Me, my bike, and your gloves got dragged up the Avenue, underneath the ambulance, and eventually stopped, with my right hand under the front tire of the ambulance. Eventually the FDNY airlifted the ambulance off of me and my hand and another ambulance took me to the ER.
I broke my hand in 2 place and had massive soft tissue damage, but in the end, the doctors were amazed at how little long-term damage was done considering the circumstances. I also broke some ribs, tore my left shoulder and my right knee, and got a good dose of scrapes from head to toe, but that has nothing to do with your gloves!
I'm fully healed, back riding, playing guitar, teaching karate, and building web sites.......all of which require both hands. In the end, the hard plastic knuckle on the Tour Master gloves saved my hand from getting pulverized. So I'm eternally thankful, and will forever praise your product for the warmth and for those times when a 10,000 lb. truck decides to park on your hand!

CENTURION ONE-PIECE SUIT
A great commuter suit. So happy with it. Ventilates well, tons of storage. Much easier to deal with than a Roadcrafter. I give it 5 stars
COASTER SL SISSYBAR BAG (Medium)
Awesome product!! Perfect for 3-4 day trips with my wife; and maybe even longer, just haven't had the opportunity for a longer trip yet. Would highly recommend this bag to anyone who wants more room for there gear. Lots of room, plenty of outside pockets for easy access. Fits my 2012 Street Glide perfectly.
COASTER SL SISSYBAR BAG (X-tra Large)
This bag is huge, which is great because my husband almost needs a side car he carries so much stuff. I have had one on my bike for about 4 years. They fit snug, the tie-downs are versatile, and there are enough compartments that you can separate things out. In 4 years I have never had to re-tighten it. It doesn't droop like most other bags, so the zippers are always lined up. Beware, you can add a lot more weight to this bag than the sissy bar may be rated for.
