Only items purchased through tourmaster.com can be returned or exchanged directly. For items purchased at a local or online dealer, please return or exchange to the original dealer you purchased it from. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days although all closeout item sales are final.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before an item can be directly returned to us. To start this process you’ll need to request a RMA, please us the CONTACT US form to briefly describe your issue within an email, or if you prefer you may call 800-421-7247 our business hours are Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM PST.
